Renovalia and the Barajas de Melo children’s indoor football team have reached a collaboration and sponsorship agreement. The football team, which has both a men’s and a women’s section, consists of a total of 31 players and 9 technical staff. The girls play in the regional first division. In 2024, they were crowned champions of Castilla La Mancha in their category. It is a small indoor football club that brings together some of the young people who are enthusiastic about this sport in the area around our Bolarque photovoltaic plant.
Through these actions, as part of the ‘Our Future is Green – Educating in Environmental Awareness’ (OFG) project, we are taking the opportunity to raise awareness among children about the need to protect the environment and fight against climate change.
